The Project calls for a new community-based health facility for the people of Bondigui.  Nearly 200 patients (women, men, and children) rely on health care daily, but the community lacks the necessary resources to effectively meet this demand for health care.  The facility will offer general health care and includes a maternity ward where women will be able to deliver their babies safely. The health care facility will be an affordable alternative site for caring for the most vulnerable.

To achieve this goal, this Project will: 

• Built a new health facility on the community site;
• Provide beds, medical equipment, and supplies;
• Provide health and safety training to the population.

Bondigui is a town located in the Bondigui Department of Bougouriba Province in southwestern Burkina Faso. The town has a population of 3,071 and is the capital of the Bondigui Department.*
